I just wanted to update you on my training since our phone consultation a couple of weeks ago. It’s truly amazing how having a simple phone discussion with you opened my eyes to my training and dietary needs and what has occurred since that discussion has been phenomenal!
As we talked, we made the determination that I needed to make a few dietary changes and that I needed to focus my training on squatting. I started incorporating the dietary changes THAT DAY, and I refocussed my routing to emphasize squatting. I also used some of the “mental keys” you gave me (which may have been even more valuable than the training and dietary wisdom!!)
Within the next three training sessions I set personal records in the back squat as well as the deadlift – finally being able to squat 1.5x my bodyweight and over 2x my bodyweight in the deadlift. I will definitely be contacting you again for consultation, and I hope others are taking advantage of your knowledge as well. You make things so simple, when most of us try to make things WAY TOO DIFFICULT!!!

Dejan’s advice is short and to the point.
With his help, I was able to skyrocket my bench press from a measly 40kg for 2 reps to 96kg for 6 reps in less than 4 months.

- lasts around 20 to 40 minutes (I have no fixed time for the duration of the call, because I don’t want you to feel pressured for time or something like that).
- Done via Skype, or I can even call you on your home phone.
